The dough takes 48 hours. The queue moves faster.

Every base starts two days before you order it. Slow-fermented sourdough, blistered in a proper hot oven, sturdy enough to carry a curry and light enough to finish the whole thing.

Then Mama gets to work. Green curry where the tomato should be. Holy basil where the oregano should be. Nobody stopped her, and now it's the best thing on either side of the equator.
